At around 6 o' clock in the morning, we arrived at the Batticaloa station. From there, we took a bus which took us to the 'Stardust Hotel' in Arugam Bay. This is an image of us in the bus:

At noon, we went from the hotel to the Komari School by bus. Here, we interacted with local students of different age groups. The students and the teachers of the school were very nice, welcoming and enthusiastic.
We set up some science equipment in their lab since they did not have access to such resources. We also discussed the activities that we will conduct tomorrow such as a small bike repairing workshop and sports activities.

After returning from the Komari School, we had a lot of free time to hang out with our friends and enjoy ourselves. We played sports such as softball, beach volleyball, rugby and frisbee.

We then biked a distance of 25 km to explore the area around Arugam Bay. Many of us got injured but we overcame our injuries and kept on going!
